The rules of this forum are simply here to make everyone's experience here at the Broadway Guild a good one. If the rules are broken, consequences will be handed out in a timely matter. We certainly hope this doesn't have to happen, however.
Rule #1: Treat others with respect. No flaming, insulting, or disrespecting anyone on this forum for any reason.
Rule #2: If you have a problem with another member of this forum, please let that member know before things get out of hand. Try to handle the situation calmly and respectfully. If a conclusion cannot be reached, contact an admin immediately.
Rule #3: I will allow cursing, but please try to keep it to a minimum.
Rule #4: Make sure to label threads that may contain mature topics (I.E. Sexual situations, curse words, extreme violence, ect.) with a warning, so that members who wish to avoid those subjects may do so (if things get out of hand, I may add a mature board so that such things can be posted without consequence).
Rule #5: Please keep chat speak to a minimum. It is allowed, but not in excess.
Rule #6: No double posting. If a thread has been dead for two or more days, you may double post to revive it.
Rule #7: Do not create multiple accounts. One account per person is enough. If you are discovered to have more than one account, the extra accounts will be deleted immediately.
Rule #8: Do not spam the boards with topics unrelated to the thread you are posting in. Keep private conversations off the boards as well. We have a PMing system for a reason.
Rule #9: If you must post a link, we ask that you please get admin permission first. This rule doesn't apply if the board you are posting in says "Links Allowed."
And last but certainly not least:
Rule #10: HAVE FUN! Just because there are rules doesn't mean you can't have a good time! We want this site to be a place where you can relax, be yourself, and make a few good friends along the way.
Also, please remember that you do not have to be a Broadway expert to join this forum. Whether you have no idea what it is or know everything there is to know about it, you are welcome. This is just as much a learning site as a fan forum. So everyone's welcome here, no matter what.
